The Research and Simulation of the PID-type Fuzzy Controller Based on the Rules of Experts in the Turbine and Boiler Coordinated Control System

摘要 结合一个机炉非线性模型,设计了一种炉跟机协调控制方式,对主汽压力控制回路采用基于专家规则的由PI类型模糊控制器和bang-bang控制器构成的智能控制器;对功率控制回路采用PI类型模糊控制器。通过仿真研究证明,控制效果明显优于两回路均采用传统PID控制器的控制系统。 Based on the analyzing results of the nonlinear boiler model, a coordinated control system using the PI-type fuzzy controller are designed, which is built on the rules of experts in the main steam pressure control loop and the PI-type fuzzy controller in the power output control loop. Through the simulation, it has illustrated that the dynamic performance of this scheme is better than the scheme constructed by two conventional PI controllers.
