摘要
以转基因高羊茅爱瑞三号(Festuca arundinacea Arid 3')植株为材料,采用不同梯度的NaCl进行盐胁迫处理14 d后,通过对其脯氨酸(Pro)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、电导率及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化物酶(POD)活性等抗旱耐盐性生理生化指标的测定,进行了耐盐性鉴定研究。结果表明:当NaCl浓度大于1.5%,在同一盐浓度下转基因植株的Pro含量、SOD和POD活性均显著高于对照植株(P<0.05),而相对电导率和MDA含量低于对照植株(P<0.05)。这表明转基因植株的耐盐性得到了显著增强。
Transgenic 'Arid 3' plants (Festuca arundinacea) under fully controlled conditions treated with the different concentrations of NaC1 for 14 clays were used as test materials in this study. The physiological indexes related to salt tolerance, such as proline (Pro) and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents, electrical conductivity rate, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (POD) activities were measured. Results showed that Pro contents, SOD and POD activities of transgenic seedling were significant higher than that of control(P〈0.05), whereas the relative conductivity and MDA content of transgenic seedling were low- er than that of control when NaC1 concentration was above 1.5%(P〈0.05). These results suggest that the salt tolerance of the transgenic plant is obviously enhanced.
