摘要
在分析火电厂燃料重调机运行特性的基础上,采用变频控制技术对传统的运行方式进行改造,解决了高惯量、大转矩负载启动,多台电机同步驱动运行等问题。改善了系统运行工况,节省了电能,延长了设备运行寿命,降低了维护量,可广泛推广应用。
The fuel-camion redeployer in the coal-fired power plant has the characteristics of the high-inertia, the large-torque load startup, the multi-motor synchronic drive running etc. This work adopts the transducer control instead of the traditional running mode, with the result of improving system running condition, saving electric power, extending equipment running life, reducing maintenance cost.
