胜利油田鲁明油气勘探开发有限公司的采购成本基本与其他采油厂持平,但是在管理过程中暴露了采购成本居高不下,物资质量难以保证等问题。为提升物资管理效益,今后物资管理提效的工作方向主要有完善物资信息系统,提升物资信息化管理程度;加强物资质量全过程管理,提高质量风险控制能力;进一步规范招标采购业务流程,提高招标和框架协议采购工作质量;推进标准化采购;强化供应风险源头控制,做好供应商筛选和优化。
