Jurist Jiang Ping: Governing the Market Ought to Abide by Law

2007年，法学家江平在接受《中国经济周刊》专访时曾说，中国改革开放30年成功的经验就是市场＋法治，两者缺一不可。今年11月，十八届三中全会提出，要让市场在资源配置中起决定性作用。如何处理好市场与政府的关系，“有限政府”怎样建设，自由而有序的市场需要怎样的法制环境？12月3日，记者带着这些问题再度采访江平。

Jiang Ping, a senior jurist in China, has devoted himself to China's journey toward the rule of law. After the third plenum, China has made up mind to enable market to paly the pivotal role in the distribution of resources.Jiang Ping reckons that state owned enterprises and private enterprises should compete in the same circumstance,and there need to be a law to guide both of them.
