摘要
文章介绍了适用于最高运营速度为120 km/h的A型地铁车辆ZMC120型转向架的技术参数、基本结构,总结了其结构设计特点,除对整车进行了动力学性能计算外,对主要结构件如构架、一系弹簧、轴箱体、车轮、车轴、牵引装置等部件进行了强度计算,对转向架总成及相关部件进行了型式试验,各项计算和试验结果均满足标准要求,其合理的设计为城轨车辆及动车组转向架的开发提供了较好的借鉴。
This paper presents technology parameters, basic structure and main design characteristics of type A metro vehicles bogie with maximum service speed 120 km/h. The strength calculation of the important parts such as frame, axle, wheel, axle-box, traction-pole and the dynamics calculation of the train have been completed. The type tests of the bogie and its main components have been done. The calculation and test results show the corresponding standard requirements reached. The reasonable design supplies experiences to the research of mass transit vehicles and EMUs bogie.
