运行环境对稀油润滑牵引电机轴承的影响及分析

Influence and analysis of operating environment to traction motor bearings used thin oil lubrication

某型牵引电机轴承采用稀油润滑,在运行中传动端轴承部分出现不同程度的异常磨损,甚至发生固死故障。文章通过解体电机故障轴承并对为轴承提供润滑油的齿轮箱油取样分析,找出了轴承故障与运行环境的相关性,并提出了改善措施。

This paper describes the use of thin oil lubrication of a certain type of traction motor bearings, drive end bearing part of abnormal wear of different degree in operation,or even fixed fault. Through the disintegration of fault motor bearing, sampling and analysis gear box oil supply oil to the bearing, it finds out the relationship between the bearing fault and operating environment, and puts forward the measures to improve.
