摘要
以广州市某水厂压力式超滤膜处理技术工程为例,从进水系统、预处理系统、压力式超滤膜处理系统、化学清洗、在线监测系统、自动控制系统介绍了该工程的工艺设计特点。运行结果表明,稳定运行期间,系统产水量为5×104m3/d左右,膜系统的平均出水浊度低于0.1 NTU,且未检出微生物。
As an example of the pressurized uhrafihration (UF) membrane treatment technology of the waterworks in Guangzhou City, the process design features were introduced including the aspects of inflow system, pretreatment system, pressurized UF membrane treatment system, chemical cleaning, on- line monitoring system and automatic control system. The results showed that the capacity of the pressurized UF membrane treatment system could be 5 × 10^4 m^3/d, the average outflow turbidity was lower than 0.1 NTU and microbia were not detected during the stable operation of the system.
