摘要 提出了一种新型软开关低通态损耗的双向DC/DC变换器。变换器中的电流大小和方向由相移脉宽调制方式控制。通过在次级加入有源钳位电路 ,并采用合适的驱动控制信号 ,不但可以使变换器在双向功率变换中实现软开关工作 ,而且抑制了变换器中的循环电流 ,从而降低了通态损耗。 A novel softswiching and low condution loss bidirectional DC/DC converter is proposed.The flow of current is controlled by phase shifted pulse width modulation.By adding an active clamp circuitry on the secondary side and using suitable gate drives,not only the converter can achieve soft switching,but also the circulating current is eliminated and the condution loss is reduced.Design and experimental results are presented.
