摘要
文章在明确资源与环境统计指标含义及建立评价体系理论原理的基础上,以资源状况、环境建设、污染控制、环境保护四大指标构建了评价体系,并运用层次分析法确定各指标权重。通过安徽省2007-2011年相关数据建立资源与环境承载力评价指标体系,运用综合评分法做出定量分析,根据得分结果分析出影响提高承载力的原因及提出相应对策。
After making it clear the meaning of resources and environment statistical indicator and building the theoretical rationale for evaluation system, this paper constructs evaluation system with the four indexes of resources situation, environmental construction, pollution control and environmental protection and determines the weighting of each index. This paper intends to build evaluation index system for resources and environmental bearing capacity by the support of relevant data from 2007-2011 and makes quantitative analysis by comprehensive grading method, then analyzes the reason affecting the increase of bearing capacity and proposes the corresponding measures.
