摘要
介绍了以综合效益为总目标 ,以经济效益、环境效益、社会效益为评价准则 ,对 4种发电技术建立了递阶层次结构评价模型进行综合评价的分析方法。根据该模型和对于判断矩阵取值 ,计算结果以数字形式直观地反映出不同发电技术的综合效益优劣以及各种因素对决策的影响 ,对于燃气—蒸汽联合循环的综合效益分析具有优势。
An integrated evalution method based on establishment of a hierarchical structured model for four power generation technologies(PC,PC+FGD,CCPP and ICGG) with Integrated Benifit as general aim and economic, environmental and social benifit as evaluating criteria is described. According to the model and the fetched data of discriminant matrix, the result is expressed in numbers and the integrated benifit of above differnet power generation technologies is clearly revealed. The analytical result showed that the integrated benifit of CCPP prevails over the rest three technologies.
