摘要
工程管理专业的复合型及技术应用性两大特征要求其强化实践教育。不同于实践教学环节,工程管理专业实践育人体系具有系统性、立体化、开放式等特征。通过现状分析和国内外的对比,讨论了我国工程管理专业实践教育的现状及问题。以天津大学工程管理专业为例,基于成果导向教育的思想,构建了以学生为中心,课内与课外相结合,实习现场与理论课堂相结合,团队合作与自主完成相结合,现场操作与模拟仿真相结合,涵盖过程体系、目标体系和保障体系的工程管理专业实践育人体系。
Construction management is an interdisciplinary as well as applied specialty. As a result, practical education is very important during training process. Different from practical teaching, the system of practical education of construction management specialties should be systematic, multi-dimensional and more open. After analyzing and comparing the current situation at home and abroad, the problem of practical education in construction management specialties in China is dis- cussed. Taking the construction management specialty of Tianjin University as an example, and based on the idea of Out- come Based Education, a practical education system that covers process, objective and guarantee is addressed, which is al- ways centered on students and tries to explore the way of combining in-class teaching and extracurricular activities, site practice and theory class, teamwork and individual work, site operation and analog simulation.
