摘要 介绍了指控组织及其研究现状,讨论了指控组织的效能测度问题以及跨任务条件下的组织结构优化问题。构建了指控网络的模型,提出了指控网络任务执行的运行规则。提出了度量指控网络协同效能的任务效能损耗指标,并通过其对不同拓扑的C2网络进行了分析和度量,分析了优化指控网络的拓扑性质,对现实指控组织的网络构建具有较好地指导意义。 Command and Control (C2) organization and its existing research are C2 organization efficiency measure and organizational optimal structure over-tasks are introduced, and discussed. The C2 network model is built, C2 network running rule of executing tasks is proposed. The Task Loss (TEL) is proposed to measure C2 network's cooperating efficiency,and analyze the C2 topology property. The property has a direction to design the actual C2 network.
