摘要 论述了电机制造阶段为降低运转时统组的温升应密切关注绕组浸漆质量、电机散热的各大小环节,杜绝增加各种损耗的劣质冲片、铝本杂质、细条、断条等因素,电机制成后降低绕组温升的办法可车小转子外圆和换成磁性槽楔或磁性槽泥。这些都是降低温升,提高电动机品质的内在潜力。 This paper discusses that to decrease the temperature rise of windings when running in the stage of manufacturing one should pay close attention to those large and small links of impreg nation quality of winding and heat radiation of motors, and stop various factor of poor quality lamination, foreign matter in liquid aluminium , thin bars, and crack bars. The method of decreasing winding temperature rise after manufacturing include decreasing rotor diameter by turning and changing for magnetic slot wedge or magnetic slot mud. These are all internal potentialitis of decreasing temperature rise and increasing quality of motors.
