摘要
引入搜索论的观点对海上搜救兵力的优化问题进行研究,针对多目标的搜救优化问题展开研究。从分析搜救兵力最优配置的入手,构建搜救兵力分配问题最优配置的多目标分层非线性的数学模型。得出求解此类问题的宽容完全分层序列算法,并利用MATLAB的规划软件,解得问题的弱有效解,最后举例进行论证。对于多目标条件下新型快艇实施的海上搜救兵力优化配置的理论研究与实践应用具有一定的意义。
