摘要
针对水压平衡式鱼雷发射装置发射鱼雷时未实现平衡的实际问题,根据发射鱼雷时的内弹道能量方程,推导出了鱼雷的内弹道运动方程,建立了内弹道仿真模型,并对发射过程中系统的质量和压力损失等问题重新进行了分析和确定。通过一个实例仿真了在不同气缸活塞行程、发射深度和发射艇速下鱼雷的出管速度和抛射压力,仿真结果表明:水压平衡式鱼雷发射装置的气缸活塞运动行程减小一定的数值后,发射时对鱼雷出管速度和抛射压力的影响并不显著,鱼雷通过中间弹道时,不会和减阻板产生碰撞,满足潜艇发射鱼雷时安全性和可靠性的要求。
Aiming at the hydraulic equalized torpedo launcher didn't utterly carry out balance. According to the internal ballistic energy equations, equations of motion and internal ballistic simulation are established, and quality and pressure loss of system are analyzed and ascertained again. The paper simulates emergent velocity and launching pressure under the different cylinder piston stroke, launching depth and submarine velocity. Simulation results show that the cylinder piston stroke has no obvious affect on torpedo's emergent velocity and launching pressure when the given strokes are lessen. The sinkage and the simulation trajectories of the intermediary ballistic proof safety and reliability, which have important guiding signification to enhance the safety and the reliability of the hydraulic equalized torpedo launcher when launching torpedo.
