摘要
过渡过程品质测试是评价炮控系统技术性能的一项重要标准,可衡量武器系统从稳态运动到制动的快速转换功能,以及制动精度和震荡幅度。传统的测试方法计量方式粗糙,测量精度低,人为干扰严重。提出了一种基于图像处理技术的过渡过程品质测试方法,设计了用于测量的目标坐标靶,利用CCD相机实时记录测量的全过程,由计算机自动进行图像处理,识别图像采集时间,判读火炮指向空间位置,从而获得过渡过程品质参数。此方法具有测量精度高,人为因素少的特点。
Transition reponse is one of the important performance for the fire control system of combat vehicle. The quick moving transforming fuction is tested for artillery turret drive process. There are disadvantages to tranditional testing method that the low tesing precision and the man-made influence. It a new method based image processing is presented in this paper. Firstly The whole testing process is recorded by CCD camera. Secondly the image capturing time is recognized from image time lable. Thirdly the space displacement of the direction of gun muzzle are calculated by image processing, Finally the transition reponse parameter and curve are gained. The experiment shows the validity of our method.
