The argon-arc welding of rotor end ring and copper bars can meet the need of the rotor manufacture of special pump so make up the shortcoming of aluminium cast rotor. Through the exploration and practice of argon-arc welding procedure for rotor end ring and copper bars, we have determined the new procedure for argon-arc welding of rotor and ring and copper bars and applied it in real prodution.
