摘要 分析了低温环境用防爆电动机结构件材质在低温-40℃条件主要强度参数:极限强度、冲击韧性akV变化情况并进行试验,选出适应低温材质,并且对结构件构成的配偶付动、静配合间隙即防爆间隙在规定的低温下冷缩变规律试验分析,为设计者提供使用技术条件。 This paper analyzes the changes of the main strength parameter: limiting strength and absorbed-in-impact energy akv under condition of low temperature-40℃ of structural parts material for explosion-proof motors used in low temperature ambience. The varing situation of them is tested. The proper material is chosed. The testing and analysis of the law of shrink change of partner's kinetic or satatic fit clearance (i. e.,explosion-proof clearance ) constitued by structural parts at specified low temperature is carried out. The Technical condition for use of designer is provided.
