“和谐人”的现实意蕴与工作养成——马克思主义哲学中国化的人本视野

Realistic Significance and the Cultivation of Harmonious Man——An anthropocentric View of Chinese Marxism Philosophy

和谐人问题是马克思主义哲学中国化的新视野,即现实的人本视野。当下学界对这个问题的研究总体上还停留在人与人、自然、社会和谐发展的抽象和谐层面。和谐人的核心存在范式是工作和谐人,其本质是共同创造、占有和享受社会财富的工作共同体关系。和谐人的现实意蕴和价值预示了和谐人的养成路径,要把发展社会生产力和个人工作能力特别是工作创造力、优化社会生产关系和个人工作关系特别是公平分配关系统一起来;要把全面人教育与和谐人教育融和起来,确立全面和谐人教育理念;要在总体的和谐与片段的冲突中建构和谐人的生活、工作共同体关系。

The issue of harmonious man is a new view of Chinese Marxism philosophy, a realistic view of human being. In general, the current academic field＇ research on this issue still stays in the abstract harmonious aspect, centering on the harmonious development among man and man, the nature and the society. The working harmonious man is the core existence paradigm of harmonious man, whose nature is the relationship between the members of working community in creating, occupying and enjoying the social wealth. The realistic significance and value of harmonious man indicate its cultivating path. It needs not only to integrate developing social productivity, individual working ability, especially their creative ability, and optimizing the social production relationship, individual working relationship, especially the relationship of equitable distribution, but also to combine the education of complete man with that of harmonious man in order to establish educational conception of harmonious man and the harmonious man＇s community during the overall harmonious and partial conflict time.
