摘要
砂料坚固性损失率是评价混凝土耐久性能的一项重要指标。因锦屏一级水电站混凝土大坝用人工砂采用三滩大理岩为母材,受岩性特征影响,各参建单位试验结果差异较大,随之出现争议。自大坝开浇以来,业主、试验中心、监理机构就此问题多次组织各参建单位试验室开展比对试验,通过综合分析和总结,制定出《三滩大理岩人工砂坚固性损失率试验检测作业指导书》,规范了各方检测行为,目前各单位检测结果基本趋近一致,实际效果良好。
The loss rate of hardness of sand material is an important index of evaluating concrete durability. The manufactured sand for the dam concrete of Jinping-I hydropower station is made from Santan marble which caused disputes over the hardness test results among construction participants. The proprietor, test center, and supervision institutions have organized many comparative tests on this issue since the concrete pouring. By comprehensive anal- ysis and summary, the Guidebook of Hardness Test Inspection for Santan Marble Manufactured Sand is formulated. By complying with the criteria, the hardness inspection results are consistent. This research has achieved practical effect.
