摘要
试验了微波消解/IcP—AES法测定锡镍铁中的锡、铝、钙、铬、磷等元素的主要条件及效果。提出了采用氢氟酸和硝酸微波消解溶解试料,以ICP—AES法测定各元素的含量。进行了试样溶解用酸及溶解温度等条件选择,光谱分析方法中谱线选择及干扰校正。在最佳实验条件下,对锡镍铁实际样品进行测定,用本法对同一试样中的各元素含量进行十一次平行测定,相对标准偏差为O.34%。1.51%之间,加标回收率为95.5%~104.o%2;N,具有较高的准确度和精密度,而且该方法更具有快速、高效等优点,完全能满足科研及生产中的测量要求。
This paper introduces main conditions and effects of determination of Sn, A1, Ca, Cr, P in stannum - ferronickel with microwave digestion/ICP - AES. The method is to adopt HF --HNO3 mixed acid to dissolve the samples, and then to determine the w(Sn,AI,Ca,Cr,P) with ICP -AES. The optimal dissolve condition, analytical line and interfering calibration is choosed, Under the optimal condition, the actual stannum - ferronickel sample is determined and the RSD is between 0.34% - 1.51%, recovery rate is between 95.5% - 104.0%. the results show that this method has good accuracy and precision and is efficient to meet the requirement of daily analysis.
