摘要
在大中型空分装置压缩厂房的设计中,压缩厂房具有平台混凝土结构,空间紧凑,管径大,部分管道热应力高,压降要求小,介质和管线种类较多等特点,合理的设备及管道布置设计可降低设备能耗,提高装置的稳定性。本文结合了几套典型的空分压缩厂房的设备及管道布置设计,叙述了过滤,压缩,冷却,冷凝回收,放空,润滑等流程设备和管道的布置特点,并提出了整体优化的设备及管道布置的建议。
In air compression unit design, it has various requirements with concreted ptattorm structulc, limited space, piping of high thermal stress, low pressure drop, many kinds of fluid and pipelines and so on. Reasonable plot plan of equipment and piping can get lower energy cost and higher stability. In combination with the engineering practice of a few of typical air compression units, the text has described plot plan of the key equipment andprocess piping, which refers to the sections of filtration, compression, cooling, condensate recycling, vent, and lubrication etc. , and also it has presented some proposals for optimizing equipment and piping plot plan.
