摘要
为了提高电力系统电压质量和降低线路损耗 ,对安全约束下的 5 0 0kV南方电力系统最优无功功率调整方法进行了研究。该方法以发电厂和变电站注入电力系统实时无功功率的优化计算值与实际值的偏差来调整发电厂和变电站的无功功率 ,使无功功率的优化计算值近似等于实际值 ,保证 5 0 0kV电力系统在最优无功功率方式下运行 ,最优无功功率通过经济压差优化潮流计算程序计算。介绍了该方法的控制单位、界面设置、安全约束、最优无功功率、控制策略、实现方法和管理方法 ,以及经济压差优化潮流程序。
In order to improve the voltage quality and lower line losses of power system, a research is made on the optimal reactive power regulation method under safety limiting for 500 kV south power system. In this method, the actual value of the real time reactive power input by every power plant and substation into the power system is regulated, based on its bias from the optimal value calculated through the ΔU J OPF program, to be made approximate to the optimal calculated value, thus ensuring the systems operating with optimal reactive power. The method is described in terms of its control units, interface layout, safety limiting, optimal reactive power, control tactics, implementation and management methods. The ΔU J OPF (economic voltage bias optimal power flow) program is introduced as well.
