摘要
目前 ,在广东省电厂中 ,30 0MW以上的大型机组基本配备了分散控制系统 (DCS)。该DCS采集了大量的机组生产实时数据 ,但它使用的是专用网络 ,是一个封闭运行的计算机系统。为实现数据共享 ,需要建立一个开放式的生产实时信息平台。为此 ,阐述了如何把DCS与MIS网络相连 ,以及从WDPF ,INFI 90两种DCS系统上采集数据的方法 ,并且指出 ,在计算机平台和实时应用系统之间采用“中件” ,对于保证系统的开放性、实时性及可升级性具有重要的意义。
The existing power generating units of 300 MW and above in Guangdong Province are basically equipped with distributed control system (DCS). Although DCS acquires lots of real time production data, it is a closed computer system using special purpose network. Consequently, an open platform must be constructed for data sharing. In this paper, the authors describe the way to connect DCS and MIS, as well as the method of data acquisition from two types of DCS, WDPF and INFI 90. It is also pointed out that using 'middleware' between the computer platform and the real time application system is of great importance in setting up an open, real time and updatable system.
