仇官就是对官员的仇视,表现为鄙视、憎恶、怨恨的心理和一定的攻击行为。仇官型网络群体性事件指数量较多的网民针对特定的政府官员,在网络公共领域大规模发表、汇聚仇视性的言论进而影响现实生活的群体性事件。发生仇官型网络群体性事件的直接原因是官员权力滥用、行为不端,而间接原因是社会结构紧张、民众心理定势、网络支持促动。对此,需要通过调节收入差距、强化制度设计、推进政治参与、惩处贪官污吏的方式加以综合治理。
