针对传统汽轮发电机组联轴器螺栓拆卸时往往出现卡涩的问题 ,大亚湾核电厂引进了一种新型的联轴器液压螺栓。这种螺栓采用类似“膨胀螺栓”的基本原理 ,安装或拆卸时联轴器螺栓易于穿进螺栓孔或从螺栓孔中抽出 ,机组运转时联轴器螺栓与螺栓孔紧密配合 ,大大降低了故障率和劳动强度 ,提高了机组检修质量 ,缩短了大修时间。为此 ,介绍了液压联轴器螺栓组件的结构、特点和工作原理 ,以达到对液压联轴器螺栓一般认识了解的目的。

In view of the clamping stagnation during the disassembly of conventional coupling bolts on steam turbo units, a new type of hydraulic bolt is introduced in Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station. This kind of bolt, based on a principle similar to upset bolts, is easy to be led in and off the bolt hole during assembly and disassembly, and is tightly attached to the bolt hole during the operation of the turbo unit, which considerably reduces the failure rate and work intensity, and accelerates overhauls of units by improving the maintenance quality. The structure, features and working principle of the proposed bolt are described to give basic knowledge of it.
