摘要
对韶关发电厂 4号炉近两年来结焦严重的情况进行了分析。结焦的原因是双蜗壳扰动式燃烧器结构、二次风管道与风门布置、卫燃带布置和配风方面存在不合理的地方。就此 ,提出了 4号炉改造的合理化建议。
In recent two years, serious slagging has been found in Unit 4 boiler of Shaoguan Power Plant, which is deemed to be caused by the irrationality in the structure of double volute type turbulent burners, disposition of secondary air piping and dampers, layout of refractory belt, air distribution, etc. Suggestions for modification of Unit 4 are presented.
