摘要
在采用分散控制系统 (DCS)和常规控制仪表组成的控制系统的应用中 ,如果对这二者的匹配———接口参数、连接方式等方面考虑不周 ,可能会产生一些意想不到的问题。在INFI 90与TC 2D同操器等仪表组成的给粉机控制回路中 ,就发现现场总线子模件 (FBS)的输入通道信号失真的现象。经过查找分析 ,其主要原因是DCS通道与同操器等仪表的接口设计不当而引入共模干扰所致 ,最后通过减小共模干扰幅值的方法解决了该问题。
Signal distortion of input channel in FBS module was found in pulverized coal circuit made up of INFI 90, TC 2D and other control instruments. It is concluded through analysis that the influence of common mode disturbance caused by unsuitable interface design between DCS and the control instruments was the main reason. The problem was solved finally by decreasing amplitude of the common mode disturbance.
