抗精神疾病药物综合评判模型研究

Research on comprehensive evaluation model of psychiatric drugs

目的:建立抗精神疾病药物综合评判模型。方法:确定指标评判集;收集评判指标值,并进行预处理;建立综合评判模型,并计算评判值。结果:建立了抗精神疾病药物综合评判模型,并以此评价了三类的药物疗效及应用的广泛性,得到综合评价结果:阿立哌唑>奥氮平>氟哌啶醇。讨论:研究建立了抗精神疾病药物的综合评判模型,并对三种药物进行定量分析,避免了单纯的主观因素判断药物疗效以及应用价值。药物综合评判模型的建立,为后续研究提供了有效支持。

Objective： to establish the antipsychotic comprehensive evaluation model. Methods： to determine the index of evaluation set; collection evaluation index value, and pretreatment; to establish comprehensive evaluation model, and calculate the evaluation value. Results： the establishment of the antipsychotic comprehensive evaluation model, and to evaluate wide drug efficacy and application of the three drugs. The results of comprehensive evaluation： Aripiprazole 〉 Olanzapine 〉 Haloperidol. Discussion： the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation model of anti psychiatric drugs, and three kinds of drugs for quantitative analysis, to avoid the subjective factors of pure drug effect judgment and value. A comprehensive evaluation model of drugs, to provide effective support for the follow-up study.
