The Research of the Problem of Villagers' Autonomy in China

20世纪80年代以来,为了顺应家庭联产承包责任制的农村经济体制变革和国家民主化的客观要求,具有现代意义的村民自治应运而生。扩大农村基层民主,全面推进村民自治,是农村基层社会治理方式的重大变革,也是一项复杂的系统工程。村民自治同整个农村社会的政治、经济、文化、传统等紧密相连。随着历史脚步的迈进,我国进入一个全新的社会,处在新的环境和历史节点下,村民自治的发展和研究凸显出了新的问题和境况。梳理分析广大学者近年来对村民自治相关的概念、存在的问题及其原因、解决途径等问题的研究文献,对于新时期村民自治具有积极的借鉴意义。

Since the 1980 s, in order to comply with the household contract responsibility system of the rural economic system reform and the objective requirement of the national democratization, the modern significance of villagers＇ autonomy arises at the historic mo-ment. Expanding the rural grassroots democracy and promoting villagers＇ autonomy is the reform of rural grassroots social governance mode, which is also a complicated system engineering. Villagers self - government links with thc cntirc rural social politics, economy, culture, tradition closcly. As history footsteps, our country enters in a new society, in the new environment and historical node, the de-velopment of villagers＇ autonomy and the research highlights the new problems and circumstances. Combing analysis of many scholars in our country in recent years on the related concepts of villager self - government, the existence question and its reason, research litera-ture, the problems of the solution for the villager autonomy has a positive significance in the new period.
