摘要
对微波消解测定土壤金属元素的消解体系与称样量进行了研究,结果表明,采用硝酸—盐酸—双氧水消解体系消解土壤样品,质控样的测定结果都在标示值范围以内,且称样量可由0.500 0(±0.000 2)g减少为0.200 0(±0.000 2)g.此优化方法适用于土壤中锰、铜、铅、镉、镍、铬、砷、汞等8种金属元素含量的测定.
The digestion system and the sample weight of Microwave digestion in determining soil metal element have been studied. The detailed analysis shows all the measured results are in the scope of standard value by digesting soil sample with HNO3, HCl, H2O2, at the same time, the sample weight can be decreased form 0. 500 0 g to 0. 200 0 g. The optimized method is suitable for determining the content of Mn, Cu,Pb,Cd,Ni,Cr,As,Hg in soil sample.
