基于城乡统筹的重庆市农村环境卫生满意度评估

Satisfaction Evaluation on Rural Environmental Sanitation Based on Balanced Urban-Rural Development of Chongqing

为了及时掌握城乡统筹视角下重庆农村环境卫生本底,采用半结构式访谈1 268个农户,调查了重庆市农村环境卫生现状,评估了重庆农村环境卫生整体满意度,分析了性别、年龄、文化程度、家庭收入、收入来源、地理区域等因素对户厕构型、污水处理站、垃圾收运点等12项指标回答选项的影响.结果表明,重庆农村环境卫生整体满意度为56.11,处于基本满意水平.家庭环卫与公共环卫的满意度分别为69.97,42.26,表明重庆市农村公共环境卫生供给系统仍然较欠缺.重庆农村环境卫生满意度与家庭收入之间的关系符合S-曲线,其极限值只能达到57.63,须大幅度提高农村家庭可支配收入,才能提升农村环境卫生满意度水平.除了性别对某些指标的回答选项没有明显的差异外,年龄、文化程度、家庭收入、收入来源、地理区域不同,对农村环境卫生满意度显著不同.

In order to obtain the background of rural environmental sanitation of Chongqing, we have inves- tigated rural environmental sanitation situation of Chongqing with the half-structured interview for 1268 households, evaluated overall satisfaction of the rural environmental sanitation satisfaction, and analysized the effect of 6 factors such as sex, age, educational level, family income, sources of income, and geographic area for 12 individual indicators of response options involving household toilet configuration, sewage treatment station, refuse collection point etc. The results show that the rural environmental sanitation satisfaction was 56.11, in the basic level of satisfaction in Chongqing. The satisfaction of household environmental sanitation and public environmental sanitation are 69.97 and 42.26, and show that, rural public environmental sanitation systems are still relatively lacking. The rural environmental sanitation satisfaction and the relationship of family income fit to S-type curve, the limit could reach only 57.63, so we suggest must improve the income to increase the rural environmental sanitation satisfaction, in addition sex is not different significantly in response options, the age, education level, household income, income sources, and different geographic areas of rural environmental sanitation satisfaction are significantly different.
