肇庆学院书院志愿服务的问题及对策——以肇庆学院力行书院为例

Problems and Solutions of College Volunteer Service in Zhaoqing University——Taking Lixing College of Zhaoqing University as an example

以肇庆学院力行书院为例,通过对书院导生干部、书院志愿服务的参与者等的访谈,分析其志愿服务的现状,提出肇庆学院书院志愿活动存在整体服务意识不强、组织化不完善、志愿者流失率高等问题。应从建立书院志愿服务体系,创建良好的志愿服务氛围,鼓励发展书院志愿组织和队伍专业化建设等方面着手,更好地开展书院志愿服务工作,促进其有序、健康地发展。

Taking Lixing College of Zhaoqing University as an example, the author, by way of interviewing the student tutors, of the college and the college student volunteers, analyzes the current situation of the volunteer service. Results reveal some problems such as week sense of service, imperfect organization, and high rate of vol- unteer loss. For better and more orderly and healthy development of the college volunteer service, the paper puts forward such solutions as setting up a system, building good environment, encouraging organization of volunteer service, and construction of professional team.
