On Path Selection of Connotation Construction of Higher Vocational Education

在解读了内涵建设的深刻含义、指出内涵建设的核心在于培育一种特有职业文化氛围的基础上,提出了高职院校内涵建设的路径选择是从宏观战略、内部管理体制、大学精神、办学特色、师资队伍建设专业建设等六个方面着手,进而通过内涵建设体系指标化,全面推进高等职业教育的内涵建设。

Interpreting the meaning of the connotation construction, this paper points out that the core of the connota- tion construction should lie in cultivating a professional cultural environment, and puts forward that the path selection of the connotation construction of vocational colleges should start with the six aspects of macro - strategy, internal manage- ment system, university spirit, school characteristics, teacher team building, professional development so as to draw up the index of the connotation construction system to promote the connotation construction of higher vocational education.
