随着我国高等教育事业的发展,高校突发事件日渐增多,有些甚至直接影响到学校的正常教学秩序,影响到国家和社会的稳定。辅导员作为高校教师队伍和管理队伍的主力军,在高校应对突发事件中起着重要作用。文章就高校突发事件的概念、类型、特点、成因等展开分析,探讨如何发挥高校辅导员的思想政治教育和应急管理能力,妥善应对各类突发事件。
