摘要
管理类硕士生具有同文理工科硕士生不同的认知特点及其对于隐性知识的需求,教师在教学中对于隐性知识的传授存在多种机制,包括编码机制、解码机制、互动机制、信任机制和激励机制等。这些机制有助于隐性知识习得的教学模式改革,需在认识和利用它们的基础上,注重培育和激励教师的主动性,引导和激发学生的自觉性,将教学重点放到研究能力上,并注意改进考核方式等。
Graduate students for management are different from those majoring in science and engineering in term of cogni- tive characteristics and the demand for tacit knowledge, so there are a number of mechanisms for teachers to teach the tacit knowledge. Based on management graduate students＇ cognitive characteristics and needs, the present paper takes the teaching of Advanced Management as an example to explore the motivations of such mechanisms whereby the incentive for teaching model reforms is discussed.
