摘要
目的提高健康体检中心的服务质量,为体检者提供优质服务,增强其保健意识。方法提供一站式服务,为体检者打造良好的体检环境,进行体检前的健康教育,提供人性化服务。结果体检者能够正确配合医务人员的各项检查,有效减少了体检失误率,其自我保健意识也得到了提高。结论实施温馨服务能够有效提高健康体检中心的服务质量,为体检者提供优质服务。
Objective To improve the quality of service health examination center for volunteers to provide quality services to enhance their health awareness. Methods Provide one-stop service for volunteers to create a good physical environment, undergo a medical examination before health education, providing personalized service. Results The subjects were able to correctly match the medical staff of the inspection, effectively reducing the rate of medical errors, and its self- health awareness has also been improved. Conclusion Implementation of warm service can effectively improve the health examination center quality of service, to provide quality services for the physical examination.
