The Current Situation Analysis and Countermeasure Research of National Vocational Students Skills Competition

全国职业院校技能大赛对于推动职业教育的发展作用明显,但在组织实施过程中还存在一些不足,基于其现状分析,应在端正参赛动机,遵循教育规律,完善大赛参与制度,加强宣传等方面加大工作创新的力度,以促进大赛在人才培养中的积极作用。

It is obvious that national vocational skills competition can promote the development of vocational education, but there are some problems in the process of organization and implementation. Based on the analysis of present situation, the countermeasures are put forward as the following： correcting the motivation to compete; following the rules of education; regulating the participation system and reinforcing publicity to promote innovation and the positive function of competition in talents training.
