Analysis of Installation and Debugging Method of Handwheel of CNC Machine

以数控机床移动进给手轮的功能原理为出发点,评述手轮的常用装调方法及特殊装调方法的工作过程,通过阐述数控机床各项功能装调方法的灵活多样性,为达到数控机床使用功能要求,应用中要从数控机床操作便利和用户使用意图等方面考虑,选定装调方法。

This paper introduces the function principle of CNC machine mobile feed handwheel, and reviews the commonly used method and special method of installation and debugging. Through the discussion of flexible diversity of the methods to install and debug the CNC machine functions, the method is determined by considering the convenient operation of CNC machine and users＂ intention, in order to achieve the functional requirements of CNC machine.
