华能福州电厂1号锅炉运行问题研究

STUDY ON OPERATION PROBLEMS OF BOILER No1 IN HUANENG FUZHOU POWER PLANT

通过试验表明 ,因空气预热器阻力大 ,致使锅炉在过低氧量下运行。试验所用 4种煤的结渣性能为中等 ,不会引起严重结渣 ,炉内结渣的主要原因是氧量太低 ,出现还原性气氛所致。锅炉飞灰可燃物高主要是炉内空气过剩系数低及煤中混有难燃煤种所致 。

Test results show,the resistance in air preheater was larger,making the boiler to be operated under condition of over-low oxygen content.This is the main cause leading to slagging in furnace,making reductive atmosphere to be occurred.High content of unburned carbon in fly ash was the result of low percentage of excess air during combustion and the burned-coal blending with difficult burn-up coal sort.At last,a simple distinguishing method for this is given.
