浅谈南京国民政府时期的警察法--以《警长警士服务规程》为例

Brief Talk about the Police Law of Nanjing National Government---Taking the Service Procedures of Sheriff and Sergeant as Example

从清末到南京国民政府时期，中国的警察制度经历了从无到有的发展历程，警察法在这半个世纪里得到了长足的发展，到了南京国民政府时期，警察法律规范数量空前，形成了较为完备的警察法律体系。选取当时的《警长警士服务规程》予以分析研究，意在摒弃糟粕的同时，探索能否为当下警察法治的发展带来些许的启示。

From the late Qing Dynasty to Nanjing National Government, China＇s police system has developed from nothing. Meanwhile, the police law has experienced an important develpoment in this half a century. During the period of Nanjing National Government, the police law has formed a relatively complete legal system, and has witnessed an unprecedented growth in the number of norms. The article hereby, through taking a probe into the Service Procedures of Sheriff and Sergeant at that time, aims to discard the dross and bring some enlightenment to the development of the police law.
