防磨用撞击式分离器的分离机理研究

摘要 通过对防磨用的撞击式分离器的试验研究 ,发现颗粒粒径对分离效率的影响存在一较佳值。经对颗粒的理想碰撞反弹飞出速度的计算 ,指出在颗粒分离的过程中 ,不能忽略碰撞反弹因素的影响 ,并分析了其对分离性能的影响。这些结论 ,可对低浓度撞击式分离器的设计给予一定启示。 According to the experimental study on U type inpact separator wihch is planed to be used in pulverized coal fired boilers as wear-preventing measure,it was found that the particle size has effects to the separation efficiency.The calculation for ideal rebound particle velocity has shown that the influence of rebound factor can not be ignored in the process of particle separation,being analyzed in detail in this paper.The results can be used in design and effect-expectation for inpact separator at low density of solid load.The prospective wear-preventing effect also has been briefly analyzed after separator was installed in pulverized coal fired boiler.
