论党员干部理想信念教育中现场体验教学之优势与成效——以福建省委党校中青班教育为例

Advantages and Effects of On-site Experiencing Teaching for Party Members and Cadres in Ideals and Beliefs Education: The Youth and the Middle-aged Class of Fujian Provincial Party School

党员干部具有坚定的理想信念,对于推动党的事业不断发展和实现伟大的"中国梦"具有重要意义。目前理想信念教育在教学方式上还主要依靠灌输和说教,重知轻行,这大大影响了教育的成效。这里基于对理想信念特性的分析,提出应努力创新教学方式,以体验式学习理论为基础,积极发挥现场体验教学的优势,提升理想信念教育成效。

Party members and cadres are expected to have firm beliefs and ideals,which is significant to the constant development of the Party and the achievement of“Chinese dream”.The current education on ide-als and beliefs depends much on instillation and preaching,with less weight on practice,which greatly af-fects the effectiveness of the education.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of ideals and beliefs,the paper proposes to reform the teaching method and improve the teaching effect through on-site experiential teaching.
