新时期高校学生干部培养问题与对策研究

On the Problems and Countermeasures of Training College Student Cadres in New Era

学生干部是高校联系广大同学的桥梁和纽带,是开展大学生思想政治教育工作的重要依靠力量。在新的社会形势下,部分高校学生干部出现一些不良倾向,如宗旨意识淡化、对主流价值观缺乏真感情、缺乏决策能力和创新精神、执行力不强、官僚主义抬头、功利主义盛行等。高校要不断加强学生干部队伍培养建设,强化马克思主义指导地位的教育,增强政治责任感、提高工作责任心、专业化培训学生干部、提升学生干部工作技巧,大力开展角色定位教育和奉献精神教育,努力提高学生干部综合素质。

College student cadres are bridges and links between school departments and students.They are the important supporting force of college ideological and political education work.However,in the new so-cial situation,some undesirable tendencies appear among the college student cadres,such as the weakness of purpose consciousness and executive power,lack of true feelings to the mainstream value,decision-mak-ing ability and creative spirit,and the rise of bureaucracy and vanity.Universities should strengthen the training and construction of student cadre groups,emphasize the guiding position of Marxism,strengthen the sense of political responsibility,improve working responsibility,specialize in training,improve the training skills,and vigorously carry out the education of unselfishness,in order to improve students’com-prehensive quality.
