摘要
分析与计算由于附近带电线路的电磁和静电感应作用 ,而在停电线路上感生出一定的电势 ,特别是当带电线路发生故障瞬间 。
The equipment without electricity will have a certain voltage by effect of the electric equipment nearby,which is very high when an transient failure occurs.As the influential voltage on hight line is known more serious than that on power station or substation,it mainly intruduce the influential voltage on power line.
