党内民主建设是高校党建工作的重要组成部分。由于受单位自身局限、党员党性意识下降等因素影响,高职院校党内民主建设存在一定的问题,为此应解决思想认识,树立正确的党内民主观;强化民主监督,增强民主建设活力;完善相关制度,切实保障党员的民主权利,不断加强高职院校党内民主建设。
