摘要
太阳能光伏发电装置是利用半导体界面的光生伏特效应而将光能直接转变为电能的一种技术.太阳能电池板能够时刻正对太阳,发电效率才会达到最佳,通过跟踪传动系统能增加30%~80%的发电输出功率.由此提出光伏太阳能大电池组件发电跟踪系统设计中,跟踪传动装置关键零部件需要注意的几个的问题,并对问题的解决提出了几点设计的理念,对关键零部件的材料选用、设计等提出了一些解决办法和思路,通过实际制造的检验,有一定的通用性.
Photovoltaic technology converts the sunlight directly into electricity. The efficiency of solar panels power generation will reach the best while facing the sun, which can increase the output power by thirty percent to eighty percent through the transmission system. Thus several issues on the key parts of the solar cell module tracing system are raised, and some design concept is being put for- ward to solve the problem includin4g the material selection and design method. Through the verification of the manufacturing, it has a certain commonality.
