Thinking on the Reform of Practice Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校实践教学改革已成为高职院校教育教学改革的突破点。高职院校实践教学改革是校企深度合作共同培养高素质应用型人才的有效途径,也是促进学生成长成才全面发展的客观要求。因此,应构建符合人才培养规律的实践教学模式,建设校企双方利益共享机制,不断改革优化校企合作模式,建立实践育人的长效机制。

Practical teaching reform in higher vocational colleges is the breakthrough point of educational reform in higher vocational colleges. It is also an effective method to carry out further school-enterprise cooperation and cultivate high-quality applied talents. Besides, practical teaching reform in higher vocational colleges is the requirement of improving talent cultivation. Therefore, higher vocation- al colleges should build the practical teaching mode which is in accordance with talent training rule, construct the benefit sharing mechanism, further reform the school-enterprise cooperation mode, and establish long-term mechanism of practical education.
