手机SMS技术运用于高职英语词汇教学中的实践研究

Practical Study on Using Mobile Phone SMS Technology for English Vocabulary Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

运用手机SMS技术进行词汇教学,可扩大学生词汇量,提高其学习兴趣,也有助于学生短期记忆。通过对手机SMS技术运用于高职英语词汇教学中的研究,对比学生通过手机SMS技术进行词汇学习与传统词汇学习的情况,调查学生接受词汇的能力和阅读的能力,及学生对通过手机SMS技术学习词汇的态度,为高职英语教师词汇教学提供启示。

Using mobile phone SMS technology for English vocabulary teaching can enlarge students＇ vocabulary and improve their learning interest and short-term memory. Through a research of using mobile phone SMS technology for English vocabulary teaching, this paper corrffrares vocabulary learning by mobile phone SMS technology with the traditional one; surveys students＇ vocabulary and reading ability, and students ＇ attitudes to using mobile phone SMS technology for English vocabulary learning, so that to provide inspirations for teachers in higher vocational English vocabulary teaching.
